Refund policy

HYGIENE & SAFETY Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for skincare, body care, or cosmetic products once they have been opened, used, or if the original seal has been tampered with.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES We take great care in fulfilling your order, but if your items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@klaudiatraubert.com within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and the outer packaging.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item. To be eligible for a replacement, the product must remain unused and in its original packaging.

CANCELLATIONS As our products are made-to-order via our fulfillment partners to ensure freshness, we can only accommodate cancellation requests within 24 hours of the order being placed. After this window, the production process has begun and the order cannot be cancelled.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items that have been opened or used.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Items returned without prior communication with our support team.
